  • Individual 50 minute and 80 minute virtual counselling sessions to adults 19+ across BC, Canada.

Couples counselling is in the works!

  • 50 minute individual sessions are $125 and 80 minute individual sessions are $175.

If you are not in the financial position to commit to these rates, you may be eligible for our sliding scale so please be sure to ask.

Payment for session fees is due at the time of your session and can be processed by Credit Card or Interac E-transfer. I cannot accept cash as a form of payment at this time. My client policy requires a valid credit card on file to secure your booking. Please let me know if a credit card is a barrier for you.

  • You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment with me by changing your booking through your client profile in our scheduler JaneApp, or by emailing me within 24 hours' notice. If a session is canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment, for any reason, or in the event of non-attendance, you will be charged in full.

  • Counselling may be covered by some extended health care plans. Please check with your insurance provider about coverage of counselling services. Samantha holds the RTC (Registered Therapeutic Counsellor) designation.

I will provide you with a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement.

  • I treat your conversations with the utmost care, respect, and confidentiality. There are a few instances when I cannot promise our conversations are entrusted with private or restricted information which includes:

    • If the courts send me a subpoena for notes and/or to testify in a court of law

    • If you make a threat to seriously hurt yourself or someone else, I am obligated to report this to appropriate personnel, such as the police

    • If I believe a child is being abused or neglected or has been in the past, I am obligated to report this to the designated personnel, such as the Ministry of Children and Family Development

I hold confidentiality as an extremely important priority. Respecting privacy is my most important consideration. If I see a client outside of session hours, I will not acknowledge them and respect their privacy. That being said, clients are always welcome to say hello and I will say hello back!

  • Currently, sessions are held online on an encrypted video-conferencing platform.
